The Eterno chef 's knife is a high quality, everyday chef's knife suitable for all types of kitchen work.
The blade of the Eterno is made of drop-forged special steel and reaches a hardness of up to Rockwell 58. With a length of 21cm, it is particularly sharp and extra finely ground to cut even harder foods without any problems. It is ideal for peeling, cutting and slicing meat, fish, vegetables and fruit and is an indispensable tool in any kitchen.
The handle is made of the finest steamed plum wood and provides a comfortable, secure grip while working. The Eterno chef's knife was traditionally made by hand and comes from the famous knife city of Solingen.
